This notice from the immigration court says that you need to pay the $100 annual asylum fee and includes a deadline to pay the fee. You can pay online at this immigration court website. Make sure to save a copy of the receipt and bring it to your next hearing.

Immigration judges started to send these notices in early January 2026, even though a federal judge had previously paused the annual asylum fee in ASAP members' lawsuit.
