This document is a biometrics, or fingerprinting, appointment notice. It lists the date, time and location of your appointment. Biometrics appointments may be required for many types of immigration applications, such as an asylum application or work permit.
If you filed an application by mail, USCIS should send your biometrics appointment notice by mail. If you move, you can update your address so that you do not miss any notices.
If you filed an application online, USCIS should upload your biometrics appointment notice to your USCIS online account. You may want to check your account once per week. USCIS sometimes does not send notifications when they upload a biometrics appointment notice to a USCIS online account.
If you cannot attend the scheduled appointment, you can request to reschedule your appointment by phone or online.
