Sample No Blank Spaces Letter

No Blank Spaces Letter

This document is a letter from USCIS telling you that you previously submitted an asylum application or U Visa application that was rejected under an old policy called the “no blank spaces” policy. The policy does not exist anymore, and people whose applications were rejected under the policy can now take action to get a new receipt notice with the original submission date.

If you have not yet resubmitted your application, you can resubmit your application and request that they send you a receipt notice with the original submission date.

If you already resubmitted your application after the initial rejection and received a receipt notice, don’t worry! This letter does not mean that your most recent application was rejected. If you want a new receipt notice with the original submission date, you can send a request to USCIS.
