This document is a biometrics, or fingerprinting, appointment notice. It lists the date, time and location of your appointment. Biometrics appointments are required for many types of immigration applications, such as an asylum application.

If you cannot attend the scheduled appointment, you can request to reschedule your appointment through your USCIS online account or by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283. You must provide a good reason for why you cannot attend the scheduled date.

If you missed your appointment, you should call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 as soon as possible to reschedule.

If you have a disability, you can request a disability accommodation for your appointment on this USCIS website or by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283.
