This asylee Form I-94 shows that you have won asylum! If you received a Form I-94 when you entered the United States, this will be a different, updated version of the document.
You can use the asylee Form I-94 as proof of work authorization. Many people also apply for a new work permit based on winning asylum.
If USCIS grants you asylum, USCIS should send you an asylee Form I-94 automatically. If you won asylum in immigration court, you might receive an asylee Form I-94 from USCIS automatically, or you might have to request it.
