This document is a notice from the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and it confirms that the BIA received your notice to appeal on the date indicated. If you lose your asylum case before the immigration court and appeal your case to the BIA, you should receive this notice. While your case is pending before the BIA, you cannot be deported.
