Sample USCIS Online Account Access Notice

USCIS notice with instructions to access your online account. Includes your receipt number and online access code to use when logging on.

This document is a notice from USCIS that tells you that you can link the application you submitted to an online USCIS account. You may receive this notice if you applied for a work permit by mail.

First, log in to your existing USCIS online account or create a new account. Then, you can link the application to your online account using your receipt number and online access code.

If your online access code has already expired, the website should take you to a page where you can request a new code.

If you never received this notice after submitting a work permit application by mail, you can call the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 to request one.
